Local knowledge is perhaps one of our most valuable assets. We understand about sensitive regeneration of brownfield sites, and believe there are very good reasons for this recycling of land.

Brownfield sites are often well located within mature, established environments close to local amenities. The re-development of a disused factory, petrol station or other commercial building to create attractive homes in landscaped settings not only enhances a local neighbourhood but adds value to all the properties in the surrounding area.

Our local knowledge means that we understand the character of the areas in which we build and ensure we create exactly the right design solution for the local need, taking care to build in sympathy with the surroundings.

Our homes are individual, they are not mass produced. Every location is different and we ensure that our homes are designed to reflect their surroundings, emulating vernacular styles, colours and treatments to blend in with and enhance the built environment. Our involvement in the communities in which we build is not just the provision of new homes. We have improved road infrastructures, made financial donations to support local education facilities and created new play areas for children.
