Newland Homes was established in 1991
and has since grown from strength to strength with numerous developments throughout the South West. We have just celebrated our 20th anniversary.

From a small local business to a major regional player with developments stretching across the South West, Newland Homes is responsible for more than 180 developments and over 2,000 completed homes to date. And we are still building on that success.
