New homes warranty
All of our homes are currently covered by the National Housing Building Council's (NHBC) Warranty, to guarantee you total peace of mind when you buy a new Newland home.
As a housebuilder, Newland Homes is held in great esteem by the NHBC and rated as an A1 home builder due to our outstanding long-term build quality.
However in the unlikely event that something does occur the comprehensive NHBC warranty and will cover any structural or other serious defects occurring in, for example, the foundations, roof and other structural areas for a period of 10 years so you are rest assured that your purchase is in safe hands.
In the first 2 years Newland Homes will be repsonsible for rectifying any minor defects that occur in your new home.
