Selling your home can be hard.
If you have a house to sell but want to reserve a plot at one of our developments, Newland homes will hold your plot for 6 weeks and help you market your property in this period. Should your house sell within this period we will even pay your estate agents fees.
How does it work?
- You pay a £500.00 deposit to reserve your new Newland home
- 2 local estate agents will undertake a current market appraisal of your existing home.
- You agree the selling price and the appointed estate agent works hard to achieve a sale in 4-6 weeks.
- Details of your present property will be displayed in our sales centre.
- Prospective buyers are properly qualified before being given an appointment to view your present home.
- You get the market value for your home.
- You can trade up, down and sideways.
- Properties outside our region can be registered on the scheme.
- If you legally complete on a Newland home, we will pay your estate agents fees.
If you are planning a move but you can't find a buyer, Newland might be able to take your existing home in Part Exchange against a new Newland home, saving you time and estate agents fees.
