Outline planning permission has now been gained for 47 homes at land north of Fleet Lane and west of Downfield Lane, Twyning. We will now be evolving our plans further for this development.
THE SITE
The site comprises approximately 2.59 hectares of poor semi-improved grassland and is bound by existing dwellings to the west and mature hedgerows to the north, south and east.

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Proposals are for 47 homes (open market and affordable) including buingalows, 1.5 and 2 storey homes, a sustainable urban drainage system, fruit orchard and allotments.
The design of this development has been led by the surrounding local character and protection of the existing green infrastructure and landscape in order to create a traditionally designed development that successfully integrates into the local area.
The site has been designed to create a private and safe environment, whilst respecting seperatation distances from existing residential dwellings as well as responding to the scale of the existing houses. All homes will have generous on plot parking. New planing and vegetation will be added along the boundaries as part of the wider landscape scheme.
