WE HAVE NOW EXCHANGED ON A NEW SITE IN THE VILLAGE OF UCKINGTON

Our Land team have been hard at work and we can reveal that we have exchanged on a new site in the village of Uckington, on the edge of Cheltenham.

The 2.17 acre site currently forms part of Uckington Farm and we will now seek planning permission for up to 16 zero carbon homes, with affordable provision, on this redundant farmyard.

This is a well-connected location, just off of the A4019 Tewkesbury Road, with lovely countryside views.   Thanks go to David Knowles of Carver Knowles, who acted for the sellers, and Colin Stratton of Osborne Clark solicitors for their work so far on the project.

Andrew Billings, our Land Director, comments: “This is another great addition to our portfolio and we look forward to working with local stakeholders as we bring forward our plans.”

We are actively seeking land opportunities in the region, so please click here to use the land prospect form to get in touch
