We’ve been consistently recognised by the Local Authority Building Control Building Excellence Awards for well over a decade, where either our developments or our site staff have been finalists, highly commended or winners in respective categories.

2024
Insider Residential Property Awards 2024 - Winner of Sustainability and Social Impact Award for Ryves Vale in Tickenham

Our inaugural development of zero carbon homes Ryves Vale in Tickenham, North Somerset, wins the ‘Sustainability and Social Impact Award” at Insider Residential Property Awards 2024.  We were also finalists in the category for Best Small Development with Honey Glade at Chapmanslade.

WhatHouse? Awards 2023

St George’s Mead, Semington is a recipient of the WhatHouse? Awards 2023 in the category ‘Best Sustainable Development’.  The judges highlighted our exemplary ‘climate considerate’ methodology when delivering on its robust sustainability agenda, including zero carbon homes.

We achieve no26 in the ‘Gloucestershire Limited 2023’ report by Grant Thornton.  This county based UK series seeks to highlight and celebrate some of the county’s most successful privately owned businesses, recognising their contribution to the local economy.

Award Winning Old Pump House, Bedminster Down, Bristol - a regeneration scheme of former Bristol Water offices

Old Pump House in Bedminster Down, Bristol wins “Best High Volume New Housing Development” for West of England LABC Building Excellence Awards 2023.  The development is put forward for the national awards.

insider Residential Property Awards 2023 South West Housebuilder of the Year

In April 2023 we won ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ at Insider Residential Property Awards 2023, South West.

2021

In 2021 we won a variety of LABC Bricks Awards, with Best Development at Old Pump House, Bristol, and site manager awards and nominations for a number of our developments. We also won an LABC Bricks Awards for our developments at Skylark Meadow, Broad Blunsdon and Court de Wyck, Claverham. Amberley in Yate won Best Volume Housing Development in the West for the LABC Building Excellence Awards.

2021

Finally in November 2021, Old Pump House, Bristol was again a finalist for Best Residential Development in the Bristol Property Awards.

2020

During 2020, despite the challenges of a global pandemic, our development at Rectory Gardens, Maisemore was ‘Highly Commended’ in the 2020 LABC Building Awards for Excellence, whilst we were also pleased to have been included on the London Stock Exchange Group’s list of ‘1000 SME Companies to Inspire Britain’ 2020, which we’d previously been included in 2019 and 2015.

2019

In 2019 we featured in The Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 2019, coming in at no 89 of the fastest growing private companies in the UK, and no 6 regionally in the south west.

2019

In addition to “The Old Nurseries” at Frome being a regional finalist in the LABC Building Awards for Excellence, whilst Broad Blunsdon Heights, nr Swindon won Best New Large Housing Development in the Swindon Borough Council Local Building Excellence Awards 2019.

2018
Cotswold Edge, Mickleton

For 2018, nominations for Best Housing Developer at Cotswold Edge, Mickleton; Churchill Gardens, Yate; Whitebridge Gardens, Thornbury; and Sandridge Gardens, Melksham completed the LABC list. Two of our site managers from these developments were also finalists for Best Site Manager.

2017
The Old Marketplace, Andoversford, Gloucestershire

In 2017 and 2016 we also enjoyed similar accolades, which have been consistently achieved over a number of years, notably in 2009 where we won the Best Large Developer in the West of England Regional Finals.

2014

In 2014 we were even awarded the Trowbridge Town Enhancement Award for our redevelopment of the Ushers Bottling Plant, which we also won in 2011 for ‘The Ushers Apartments’, and again previously for our ‘Conigre’ development nearby.
