Our sustainability pledge
“In 2019 we realised we simply had to move away from fossil fuels in our developments. Just a few years later, Newland Homes has led the way with our net zero carbon homes across our operating area. At last, many others are now moving in this direction and we hope that all new homes, like ours, will be net zero before too long.”
Jeremy Drew, Director
We understand that living sustainably does not mean that we need to compromise on style. From construction through to everyday living, our homes and developments are designed to tread lightly, and crucially, to support our customers to live in a way which is harmonious with the environment.
Being a private company means we have all the skills on tap to carefully approach each element that impacts upon our carbon footprint. Our dedicated team take care with the products we use and take time to source sustainable options for you.
