We're celebrating the completion of our 100th zero carbon home

COMPLETING OUR 100TH ZERO CARBON HOME

Since upscaling to zero carbon homes began in 2021, the milestone of completing our 100th zero carbon home was achieved at White Poplars in Malmesbury.  Our team went along to celebrate with the home owners.

OUR FIRST ZERO CARBON HOMES ARE BROUGHT TO MARKET

Ryves Vale, Tickenham became the first development of zero carbon homes at scale, launching to a rapturous response in March 2022. The homes include a raft of additional sustainable measures making them ‘climate considerate’.

OFFICE MOVE TO BARNWOOD In Spring 2015 our team of 60 across nine departments outgrew our Grade II Listed Cheltenham HQ and moved to open plan offices on the outskirts of Gloucester.

1,000 HOMES COMPLETED The 1,000th Newland Homes property to legally complete was at Swansea Villas in Stroud, Gloucestershire in 2010.

OUR FIRST OFFICE 97 Lansdown Road was the location of our first Cheltenham office, followed by a move to larger premises at Lansdown Place just 18 months later.

LAYING THE FOUNDATIONS Our first foundations were laid in 1991 when the two founders, acquired two sites. Emerging from a previous recession, having been laid off themselves, the new entrepreneurs were determined for success.
