NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR TO SUPPORT GROWTH

New Finance Director to support growth and excellence

We have appointed Zoe White as our new Finance Director to support continued growth and excellence.  Zoe steps into this pivotal role as part of a planned transition to streamline leadership roles, enhance operational efficiency and provide additional support to the MD, David Foreman, who founded the company in 1991.

Key financial positions in the property industry

Zoe has previously held key financial positions in the property industry for brands such as Crest Nicholson, Robert Hitchins and Lafarge Plasterboard (now Siniat).  In 2020, she was instrumental in establishing a new division of Countryside Properties in Bristol.  The company subsequently merged with Vistry Group in 2022.

David Foreman, Managing Director at Newland Homes, comments: “Zoe’s expertise in financial management aligns perfectly with our vision for the future and we’re grateful to have her on our team.  She will strengthen our executive oversight function, helping to ensure we can continue to deliver pioneering low and zero carbon homes across the region.”

‘Ethical values that strongly resonate with mine’ says Zoe

“Newland Homes is an innovative company whose ethical values strongly resonate with mine” says Zoe.  “This new role offers the autonomy and flexibility to refine the robust systems already in place and make them even more effective.  I aim to bring an element of ‘PLC-thinking’ to complement the company’s established culture.  The company’s exceptional staff retention rates – rare in the property industry – are a testament to this strong culture.”

Zoe holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from UWE Bristol and is CIMA qualified.

Newland Homes is a climate considerate housebuilder.  The company has eight developments underway across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Bristol.  Its trailblazing zero carbon homes use renewable technologies for heat and power.  For further information, please click here
